Sophie's Page

Hey Jules,

Here are a couple of pictures of Sophie and Kodiak. They are getting along great! Sophie is even becoming attached to her kennel. Luckily she has only had to stay in it twice. We prefer to let the dogs play outside while we work, but when it is stormy they have to be kenneled. We are still working on getting a vet appointment, but will get her there soon and then get you the microchip #. I have found that she is a great cuddler in bed and on the couch. She is even slowly making friends with the cat, breaking through is tough exterior with adorable patience :)

I just wanted to give you an update on Sophie. We took her to the vet yesterday (finally). She was given a clean bill of health.

She has definitely settled into life here and is an invaluable part of the family. The cat is still wary of her, but occasionally willing to throw caution to the wind and cuddle. She and Kodiak play all day long and wear each other out. They have become inseparable. They whine and get depressed when one of them has been taken out and the other is left behind.
